One week before your event – Your phone ships out! We time this so it arrives 2-3 days before your event, giving you plenty of time to unpack it, check it out, and get excited.
Two weeks before your event – We’ll check in with a quick email full of hot tips to help you get the most out of your Video Guest Book Phone. From where to place it (hint: high foot traffic areas are best!) to getting your MC to give it a shoutout, we’ll make sure you’re all set for success.
Once you book – You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after, locking everything in. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder
(just in case!).
