Plenty of people hire out a video guest book phone now. We’re the ones who started it here: a cream phone, an Express Post satchel, and wedding guests finally saying what they really mean. Same heart, since day one.
Before the phones, there was a kiosk
Here’s To You began as a video guest book kiosk: a tablet, a studio light and a tripod, set up at weddings. The footage looked gorgeous, but it wasn’t the right fit for where we wanted to go. So we went hunting for something simpler, and found the phone.
The first batch of phones lands
One very big box at the front door and one grinning guy who could not believe it had actually arrived. The first Here’s To You phones arrive, ready to capture those special memories all over the country.
The first paid hire heads out
A real couple, a real wedding, and one very pleased guy holding a freshly stickered Express Post satchel like it was the Olympic torch. Inside is a cream phone, the first one ever hired out for a wedding.
Then the demand took off
Word got out, and the bookings started rolling in faster than we ever dreamed. Couples all over the country were counting down to their big day with a Here’s To You phone on the way, and the post office runs got a lot bigger. We couldn’t believe it. We still can’t.
Every state and territory, covered
Bookings start coming in from all over, and the phones go with them: Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania, plus the ACT and the Northern Territory. We’ve now hit every single state and territory, all by Express Post.
Still the original
200+ weddings later, every phone still goes out with care, and every guest video still gets edited into one keepsake the couple can watch on repeat.
